When the quiz opens in your browser window, enter your name and e-mail address in the labeled boxes at the top of the quiz page. You are allowed only one attempt, so read carefully and make sure your preferred answer is selected for each question (be careful when you scroll up or down that the answer you select doesn't change).
Click on the "grade and submit" button at the bottom of the quiz page when you have checked all your answers and are satisfied that you have answered all 25 questions. You have 1 hour (6pm to 7pm). If I receive your score later than 7pm it will not count.
